Frequently Asked Questions

We offer survey appointments Monday – Saturday, 9am- 5pm with evening appointments available on Mondays and Tuesdays.

You can book a survey appointment by contacting our general office on 01942 732 203, popping into our showroom or contacting us via the website enquiry form.

We cover the following areas Wigan, Preston, Bolton, Chorley, Manchester & Cheshire.

Yes, Our Surveyors have a wide range of samples that they can bring with them, you can also visit our showroom in Pemberton.

Our showroom is open Tuesday to Friday 9am – 5pm and  Saturday 10am – 3pm. The showroom is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

If you’re happy with your quote and would like to go ahead with the order we would require a 50% deposit. 

The remaining balance is due on the day of fitting. This can be paid to the fitter upon completion. Please make sure there is someone available to make payment on the day.

We accept Cash, Credit/Debit cards or Bank Transfer, Our details will be on the bottom of your invoice.

Yes, all of our blind come with a 12 month guarantee.

Please make sure that windows are clear of obstructions and windowsills are clear. Our fitters are able to remove your old blinds but are unable to take these away with them.

Yes, All of our blinds are child safe. We are members of the BBSA (British Blind & Shutter association)

Legislations introduced in 2014 mean that any blind with a corded loop is supplied with a child safety device. Cords will also be a maximum length of 1.5m to meet regulations. Click here to find out more information.

We are able to repair blinds that have been supplied by ourselves. We wouldn’t be able to repair blinds supplied from elsewhere. Repairs can be chargeable this will be discussed with you during the booking of the appointment.
